Where our stock comes from

We buy our stock from trusted distributors, not from unknown sellers or marketplaces. Products arrive at our office factory-sealed and stay that way until they reach you.

Checked before it ships

Before packing, we inspect every item: the factory shrink wrap, the seal pattern, the box print and the overall condition. Anything that does not pass is never sent out.

What we never do

• We never open, weigh or search packs and boxes.
• We never reseal or rewrap products.
• We never sell reproductions or "custom" packs.

Our promise

If you ever have a genuine concern that a product from us is not authentic, WhatsApp us (017-553 2390) with photos before opening it. If it is confirmed not to be genuine, we will refund you in full, including postage.

How to check a sealed product yourself

• Booster boxes and Elite Trainer Boxes are wrapped in tight, clear shrink wrap. Recent products have a repeating Poké Ball pattern on the wrap or seal.
• Print should be sharp with correct colours, logos and spelling.
• Packs should be crimped neatly at both ends, with no glue marks or loose edges.
