Are your products original?
Yes. Everything we sell is genuine Pokémon TCG product made by The Pokémon Company International, in its original factory seal. See our authenticity guarantee.
How do I pay?
After you place an order, you will see our DuitNow QR and the exact amount. Scan it with any Malaysian banking or e-wallet app, use your order number as the reference, then WhatsApp us the receipt.
How long until my order ships?
We ship within 1–2 working days after payment is confirmed. Delivery takes about 2 to 4 working days in West Malaysia and 4 to 7 in Sabah and Sarawak.
Can I collect my order myself?
Yes. Choose Self pickup at checkout and we will arrange a handover at Da Men, USJ 1 on WhatsApp. Collection is by prior arrangement; please confirm the meeting spot and time before travelling.
Why are some prices higher than the official retail price?
Popular sets sell out quickly worldwide, so sealed products trade above retail. Our prices follow recent completed sales so they stay fair to the market.
What if my parcel arrives damaged?
WhatsApp us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and an unboxing video. We will replace or refund it. See our refund policy.
Do you sell pre-orders?
Yes, for upcoming sets. Pre-orders ship on release, and can be cancelled for a full refund up to 7 days before the release date.
