Orders are shipped within 1–2 working days after your payment is confirmed. Orders confirmed on Sundays and public holidays are shipped on the next working day.
Pre-orders are shipped as soon as the product is released and in our hands.
Delivery times
After shipping, deliveries usually take 2 to 4 working days in West Malaysia and 4 to 7 working days to Sabah and Sarawak. Courier delays can happen during festive seasons.
Tracking
We WhatsApp you the tracking number as soon as your parcel is shipped. You can also see it any time on the Track order page.
How we pack
Sealed products are wrapped in bubble wrap and packed in a sturdy carton with padding, so boxes arrive with their corners intact.
Self pickup
Collection is free at Da Men, USJ 1, Subang Jaya, by prior arrangement only. Choose Self pickup at checkout and we will confirm the meeting spot and time with you on WhatsApp after payment. Please do not travel before receiving confirmation. Da Men is a collection point, not our shop or registered business address.
Wrong address
Please check your address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, WhatsApp us (017-553 2390) before your order is shipped. We cannot change the address once the parcel is with the courier.
