Terms of sale
These terms apply to every order placed on tcgapex.com, operated by TCG APEX HUB, registration no. 202603059612 (KT0609362‑W), registered with SSM, Malaysia.
Prices
All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Prices of sealed collectibles follow the market and may change without notice, but the price shown when you place your order is the price you pay.
Placing an order
When you place an order, the items are reserved for you for 24 hours. Your order is confirmed once we have verified your DuitNow payment. If payment is not received in time, the order is cancelled automatically.
Payment
We accept DuitNow QR transfers. Please transfer the exact total and use your order number as the payment reference, then send your receipt to us on WhatsApp.
Stock and limits
We may limit quantities per customer for high-demand products so more collectors get a chance to buy. In the rare case that an item becomes unavailable after you pay, we will refund you in full.
Pre-orders
Pre-order products are shipped when they are released. Release dates are set by the manufacturer and can change. Cancellations follow our refund policy.
Pricing errors
If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price because of an error, we will contact you before processing the order and you can choose to pay the correct price or receive a full refund.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
